Our Fee Structure is as follows:
The fee structure is based on the final rental price and represents the total cost including the tenant’s agent fee. Fees do not include on-going property management.
Final Rental Price Total Commission Due
Up to $2500 per month $750 + amount equal to ½ month rent to tenant’s agent
$2500 - $4500 per month $1250 + amount equal to ½ month rent to tenant’s agent
Above $4500 per month $2000 + amount equal to ½ month rent to tenant’s agent
